Anyone ordered from Costco like me (Quick)...  Did your tracking number go up on the site before the item arrived?  They told me yesterday that it hadn't shipped yet but was going to that day.  I got home to late to call today for them to call Ingram Micro for a tracking number I sure hope it comes tomorrow.

I would recommend anyone who has ordered from costco to give their customer service a call. I placed an order on friday and when i called them this morning, ingram micro had not shipped it yet. Fortunately, the costco officer managed to get them to ship it to me with Fedex overnight at their expense. Hopefully, i'll get it tomorrow!

Me and a number of other costco orderers had "in process" for status and q1 utltras at our door.

 

Mine is starting up as I type this.

Thanks for all of your replies...  If I don't see anything by the end of the day I might have to ask for a manager/supervisor and see why it hasn't shipped yet, but hopefully it has and it will be on my door step when I get home.

 

One more question: What was the reference on your UPS shipping document?  I'm trying to track my package without the tracking number that they haven't given to me yet and UPS allows you to track with a reference if they filled that in, i.e. did they use the order number, name...  Thanks for your help!

 

Ugh, it's nice that some of you have been able to get your hands on these units, but it's also clear that Samsung has completely dropped the ball to most of the major suppliers. Our supplier for work, who pulls stock from several major werehouses used by online sites, just had their arrival date slip for the fourth time today (from today to the 13th). I've been using this as a reference because typically they see products arrive before they show up on sites like newegg and amazon.

These rolling delays are making me wonder about the quality of the first Q1U's, in the case that the reason is production problems. Let us know how your devices hold up over the next few months - as long as Samsung's QA is good, it won't matter, but it's making me second guess being an early adopter on this one.

Mine is showing up today from costco. Business day 6 with express shipping that should have been 3-5 days. Fortunately most people got theirs earlier than promised, but I have yet to hear from anyone who actually got shipment confirmation online. CS said that it does happen sometimes, but they have no idea why Ingram Micro has been unable to update the system on these. Once my order fell outside the window, then CS was all over it, but prior to that they won't do much of anything. Mine shipped from Ontario, CA(eastern LA basically) on the way to San Diego. Shipped yesterday 2 day, but arrives today. Hope that helps a bit for those that are waiting.

CDW shows it as shipping in 1-3 days. i ordered one then got a call that it is the 21st at the earliest.

martinm1...  Thanks for the info, you are right they won't do much since it's still in the 3-5 days so usually I ask nicely if they could please call Ingram Micro for the status.  Here's hoping mine comes today!

My bad, I searched for q1 ultra that last time, they need to get their descriptions consistant. :)

Someone should update the topic title to read "unavailable" again. None of the vendors listed in this thread currently have stock nor expect any for 1-2 weeks.
