I was surprised to find that after installing Firefox 3.0 that the TIP was working, whereas it had not been working in Firefox 2.0.

TIP still won't invoke if I am in a chat window, but I don't do that too often.

Has anybody else noticed this change?

Hey Woadan,

I've seen this in a couple of programs out there. If they don't have tip functionality in the programming it won't be available. so it looks liie mozilla is trying to make me happy by adding TIP goodness to their browser. I hope they patched those memory leaks though.
